About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across our products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant solutions that delight users and drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process from research and concept to final implementation
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Design responsive and accessible web and mobile interfaces aligned with brand standards
- Develop, maintain, and scale design systems and UI components
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization
- Review and provide feedback on design implementation to ensure high-quality execution
- Mentor and guide junior designers
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and leadership
- Continuously stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy, interaction design, and visual design
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Strong knowledge of user research methodologies, usability testing, and accessibility (WCAG)
- Solid understanding of responsive design, human-centered design, and interaction patterns
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Ability to turn complex business and technical requirements into simple user experiences
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Experience leading projects and mentoring designers
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to Have
- Experience working with SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce products
- Motion design, micro-interaction, or animation experience
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with analytics tools and A/B testing
- Background in branding or marketing design
